the blinds in my room wouldn't even work, which is just pathetic. also, they charged $16 for breakfast that woudl ve been free elsewhere. i woudl have expected at least a free upgrade for such inconveniences, but i guess they treat all guests the same. i tried to give a good review, just couldn't.

I expected better from a Hilton brand for the price I paid. Overall, there were nice amenities, but the breakfast and bathroom issues held my experience back.
